Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls Centre St. By the Falls

For a 2-star hotel, this was a great stay. The location is really good, and I’d return. The place was clean and well kept, pool included, and the front desk staff were polite and nice. Also, thanks for the three balloons for my birthday. Such a nice touch!

This was my second stay at Days Inn Niagara Falls, and somehow it was even better. They let us check in early, which made the trip much easier, and surprised me with balloons in the room for my upcoming birthday. Such a thoughtful, sweet gesture. The whole team handled every request with kindness and professionalism. You can feel how much they care about guests and their experience. I love staying here, will keep coming back, and highly recommend it. Thanks for making this visit so special and memorable!

The hotel’s location was good, and check-in was smooth with a friendly welcome. But the room made it very hard to rest. It felt unusually hot and had a strong musty, dusty smell. We wondered if there might be mold or moisture problems, though we don’t know. The air in the room was uncomfortable, and switching on the AC didn’t help. We couldn’t sleep, and eventually went outside for a walk because we felt so uneasy. During the night we asked for help with a humidifier or for someone to look at the room, but staff were no help. At checkout, they seemed not to believe our concerns and still didn’t help. We left feeling unwell and congested. The condition of the room seriously affected our stay, and we hope management looks into the odor and ventilation for future guests.

I stayed here a few years ago and it was nice, with a warm pool and a good room. This time was terrible at first. Our room stank when we arrived, and the pool was far too cold for me to swim with my kids, especially with my son's birthday tomorrow. It felt almost like hose water. Then at 3am I was woken by a screaming baby in the room next door. I felt like the stay was a huge waste of money and wouldn’t recommend the hotel. Update: management moved us to a nicer room and heated the pool, thankfully. It’s wonderful now. They said payment through booking.com works a bit differently, and the manager mentioned something about 30% back or off, but I’ll need to clarify that later. I appreciate how quickly they responded and what they’ve done so far to fix things.
