For what you pay, it's a good place to stay. The room and bathroom were clean, with plenty of clean white towels, though the fridge, TV, and AC unit were all very small. The WiFi was so weak in our room that we couldn't use it at all. Parkway is also pretty far from downtown. We still had a good time here.

The air conditioner kept rattling all night, and after two nights I was exhausted because I couldn't sleep comfortably. Management could be friendlier. Also, don't bring cooking appliances, since they say they're not insured for any damage those might cause.

The room was clean, the staff were lovely, and the price was budget friendly. It's also away from the tourist crowds. The main drawback is the long walk to the falls, though a bit of vacation exercise isn't a bad thing. 😀

Just so you know, there's no microwave, and the WiFi never works in the room. WiFi is a basic need.

It was clean and not pricey, with a great location near Clifton hills. Just be aware there isn't a pool.
