Grewals Inn and Suites by Elevate Rooms

Although the neighborhood didn't look like much when we drove up, the hotel felt welcoming, and the area turned out to be safe and quiet. It's only 1.5 miles from the Falls and half a mile from Clifton Hill. The place is under new management and ownership, and the renovations have been done really well. You can tell they care, and the staff are very friendly. I was looking for a budget-friendly hotel, and this was perfect. If you miss the continental breakfast, there's a McDonald's and a gas station right across the street. I'd recommend it.

The motel is clean and recently renovated, and our room had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The staff were kind and friendly, and Mr. Amrit was hospitable. It's a quiet neighborhood, so we slept well, and the Falls and main attractions are a 15-minute walk away. We found it much better value than booking an expensive traditional hotel, and I'd definitely stay again. Excellent value, excellent service, and a quiet location. It's well worth the money for a Niagara Falls stay.

We got a great last-minute rate by booking on the day, and were even upgraded for free because the regular rooms were overbooked. Our room had a jacuzzi. The family-run staff seemed friendly, and everything was clean. Breakfast was decent, though the small kitchen got crowded. In good weather, you can take your food to the terrace picnic tables. Best of all, it's an easy walk to the falls and Clifton Hills, while the hotel itself sits on a quiet residential street. We'd definitely return.
