The restaurant food was delicious and clearly carefully made. Our first dinner had a problem, but the manager sorted it out quickly and professionally once we told him. Thank you, Manthan! We had a wonderful holiday getaway and plan to return next year with Chloe. We stayed for two nights over Boxing Day 2025 with our 15-year-old Jack Russell. We often have limited hotel choices in Niagara Falls with her, but this place really is dog-friendly if you register your pet at check-in. Dogs aren’t allowed in the main restaurant. The room was clean, spacious, and cozy, and the pool area was well kept. The water was pleasantly cool for a refreshing swim. Staff greeted us warmly, and the hotel has lots of charm, with lovely holiday decorations inside and out. Downstairs there’s a speakeasy with a beautiful old wood fireplace, and the main restaurant has a larger wood fireplace that adds to the atmosphere. We enjoyed the walk to the Festival of lights and then Horseshoe Falls. There’s also a clear path to Clifton Hill through the parking lot just down from the hotel. Thanks, everyone, William, Sandy & Chloe 🐶

The room was a very clean standard historic room with a king bed and fireplace. I only wish the little balcony doors opened for fresh air, though as a local I understand why they don’t. The staff were courteous and ready to help with whatever we needed. My husband and I came for two nights to celebrate our anniversary, and the hotel was stunning. We try new places around here each year, and this one lived up to it. We’d mentioned the anniversary when booking, so finding rose pedals on the bed and a lovely little note was such a nice surprise. It was quieter this time of year, which made the stay feel even more special. Great service and a great stay, thanks for everything. Goldie and Kayton Leslie

I was after somewhere beautiful that would welcome pets, and this hotel went beyond what I expected. The location and service were just what I wanted, and the décor is gorgeous. The bed felt like heaven, and everything seemed thoughtful and welcoming. I’ll bring my family next time. A place I’d definitely recommend. 🐾✨

The location was nice, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were pleasant. We still had a good getaway as four friends in Niagara Falls, but we wouldn’t return. We’ve stayed in much better places for a lot less. I remember when this hotel had a reputation as a unique place to stay, and it clearly needs attention and upgrades. The rooms are very dated. The carpet is badly worn, the pillows were flat, and the windows wouldn’t open. We couldn’t adjust the airflow, so the room was uncomfortable. We found out before arriving that the pool was closed because it was broken. Then, the day before check-in, they cancelled the dome dinner, saying it was “because it was too cold,” though the weather didn’t seem that cold. It felt more like a staffing problem. We’d been looking forward to sitting in the dome and watching the fireworks. We’d chosen the hotel because the website promised a fun, unusual experience, especially the jingle bar and domes, but reality didn’t match the presentation. We should have read reviews first. The jingle bar was much smaller than it looked online, and there was no live music, which we expected. The flight of three hot chocolates was very expensive for what we got: just 1oz of alcohol total across three small cups, for $23. We also ordered two appetizers. The fondue cheese was good, but came with very little, just some broccoli, green apple, and a few dry toasted pieces of bread. The food felt overpriced for its quality and portions. Parking right outside was convenient, but expensive. Given the room price, we felt it should have been included.
