Oasis Motel

We could leave the car parked by our room and walk everywhere, since the falls are only about five minutes away. My girlfriend and I spent two nights here, and it felt well worth it. The person who greeted us came out, shook my hand, and asked how I was. He looked after the pool, rooms, and guests, and made us feel welcome. The place seems focused on helping people enjoy their weekend without extra hassles.

We were there for one night with our big family, and it was a great experience. The man at the front desk was incredibly kind. Thanks, man, for making our time there better just by being such a good person.

One of my pairs of shoes disappeared while I was staying at this motel in Niagara Falls. When I told the staff, they seemed unaware and showed no interest in helping. Nobody apologized, looked into it, or tried to make things right. Things can happen, but the lack of responsibility and professionalism made it worse. I left feeling neither safe nor valued, and wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone wanting a respectful, secure stay.

The pool was great, and we were close to the falls. I stayed two nights with my family, and the customer service really stood out. It felt like the guests were all well looked after. We loved our stay.
