Niagara Inn

We’d stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview and wanted to add one more night to our trip, but they were fully booked. This place was nearby, just a short drive from the Falls, and very affordable. We were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Management were kind and welcoming, the room was spotless, and we felt comfortable throughout the stay. We also met a Mongolian housekeeper working there. Mongolians are known for being hardworking, clean, and smart people. I’d recommend this as a clean, friendly, budget-friendly option near Niagara Falls.

This hotel was terrible. I stayed for a week while looking for homes during a move, and the whole place smelled of marijuana smoke. There were cockroaches in the suite, and nobody came to clean or bring fresh towels. I had to work remotely but couldn’t stay there for most of the days because the internet never worked and the smell from neighboring rooms was so bad that I went to internet cafes. After checkout, they refused to return my deposit, claiming I had smoked in my room. Avoid it if you can. It felt like all they cared about was taking as much money from me as possible.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and had a wonderful experience both times. The rooms were very clean, parking was free, and the staff were friendly and attentive. 10/10 recommend!

Ricki and Jay made us feel so welcome, and their kindness really made the trip. We came to Niagara with friends for the North American Solar Eclipse and stayed in a well-laid-out two-bedroom suite. The bathroom divided the sleeping area between the two beds, which gave us a little more privacy, and the beds were very comfortable and super clean. The motel is handy for getting around: close to the Niagara Canal and two trails, with a grocery store a short walk away. Niagara Falls was about a 10-minute drive, and the Whirlpools and Butterfly Conservatory were only 3-6 minutes away. One of the best motel stays I've had in a long time. We'll definitely come back.
