I've stayed at more expensive places in Niagara where the rooms weren't up to par and the service was awful. Here, the staff are respectful and very nice, the property is well kept, and the value is hard to beat. Saving on the room leaves more to spend on meals and entertainment. I wouldn't mind paying more because I think it's worth it. It's my favourite hotel in Niagara Falls, especially for a reasonably priced, family-friendly stay.

We had a great weekend here for my daughter's birthday last summer. Everyone enjoyed the pool, BBQ, and playground, then settled into clean, cozy rooms at bedtime. The staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond. The Falcon Inn is less than 15 minutes from the falls and close to just about everything, including gas, restaurants, LCBO, and grocery stores. I'll be back soon.

The front desk staff member was great to deal with, and I was especially impressed by how clean the room was compared with other places. It was decent, with a jacuzzi, and good value for the money. I'll stay again.

I stayed for two weeks and found the place cozy and quiet, with clean rooms and fair prices. The staff and owner were extremely friendly. I'd definitely recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in the falls.
