They were lovely the whole time, welcoming us and answering all our odd questions whenever we asked. They were really accommodating too. They brought a fridge to our room and even lent me a computer mouse after I forgot mine. The jacuzzi tub was great for relaxing. I had a better stay here than at some much higher-rated hotels, and I'll stay here again next time I'm in Niagara.

The staff were helpful and friendly the whole time, and breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus. Our room was clean and fully stocked when we arrived. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and clean, and we liked the bright, vibrant decor. Thanks for a positive, enjoyable stay. We'll definitely come back.

The hotel felt warm and relaxing, with a classy atmosphere and everything kept up carefully. Breakfast was delicious, and the peaceful feel and attention to detail made a strong impression. Staff were quick, friendly, and professional, and handled every request with a smile. My room was spotless, nicely designed, and very comfortable. The team went out of their way to make me feel welcome and looked after. I had an outstanding stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend it.

The standard internet is around 5 Mbps, so it's pretty basic. You can pay for a premium package if you need more speed for work. The gym is simple too, but has enough for light cardio and some muscle training. We had an issue with the room first assigned to our family, but the HOJO team quickly moved us to another room on the same floor, which we appreciated. It's a decent, affordable hotel in a great location, and our stay was fairly pleasant.

It's affordable, and the prices are just wow. The location is close to everything, with clean rooms that have what you need, especially the romantic jacuzzi. The reception is welcoming, breakfast is a complete Continental for a simple meal, and the staff are very helpful. Best choice for either a short or long stay. I'll definitely be back.
