Skyline Hotel & Waterpark

The kids loved the bunk beds, and the waterpark was a lot of fun with excellent access from the hotel. On-site parking was convenient and reasonably priced, and the rooms were clean and functional, though they could use some updating. Check-in was a frustrating wait after a long travel day with the kids, but everything went smoothly after that. It’s not a five-star luxury hotel, but it works well for families. We had a really good experience at Skyline Hotel & Waterpark and would recommend it to anyone traveling with kids.

Harsyna at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional, and made our stay even better. We’re grateful for all her help. My wife, kids, and I had a blast during our 2 day stay at Skyline Hotel & Waterpark. The kids loved the waterpark, movie night in the courtyard, and Perkins Restaurant. We’re very happy with the experience and the great memories our family made. We’ll definitely be back in due time!

The waterpark was fun, with areas for all ages and food and snacks available to buy. The kids had a great time, and our room was clean and comfortable after a long day exploring and swimming. Everyone we met on staff was friendly and helpful, and we had a great time overall. Early check-in wasn’t an option, which was inconvenient with young children. We had to leave our luggage in the parking garage, bring in our bathing suits, change at the waterpark, then change again to retrieve our bags once we could check in. We also had to bring our own towels for the waterpark. We stayed at Skyline with friends and kids for a waterpark visit, and we’d stay again.

The waterpark was extremely crowded, and I hope they monitor capacity for safety and hygiene. One child appeared to have a fecal accident in the pool, and everyone was told to leave the pool area for about 45 minutes, but there was no clear explanation of how it was handled. The next day, a child was bleeding in the pool area and was simply asked to leave while the pool stayed open. That concerned me. Our room was very basic, and the coffee machine didn’t work. We called twice, and the replacement took more than an hour to arrive. Noise from upstairs was unbearable in our lower-level room: guests screamed, yelled, talked loudly, and dragged furniture until 12am in the morning. I called the front desk; they said they’d received multiple complaints and would send security. It finally quieted around 1:00 AM. The ceilings sounded so thin that we worried about them. We came for my son’s birthday, but the experience didn’t meet expectations. For the price, we expected more comfort and better management. We won’t return.
