Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel

The view was pretty good, looking toward Horseshoe Falls, Fallsview Casino, and the bridge to the US. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had what we needed, including a comfortable bed and good pillows. The bathroom was nice with very soft towels, and there was a huge TV and big closet. The bulbs in every lamp were extremely bright and should be replaced with lower-wattage ones. I’m looking forward to trying the restaurants, including the Steakhouse, next time. A very cool hotel, and a great first stay. I can’t wait to come back.

We were put in room 210, where some kind of compressor or machine right outside the window kept waking us all night. The window also looked straight onto the window-washing apparatus. It was disgusting and ruined my birthday weekend. We’d stayed numerous times before and had excellent experiences, so leaving after 2 nights of a 3-night booking was a big disappointment. The hotel was booked for competitions, which was fine, but I’d booked in October and expected a decent room.

The blanket was too thin for me, but when I asked for another one, they brought it right away. We’re still here and already planning our next visit. The staff were kind and helpful, even while busy, and gave us a 3:00pm late checkout. Being able to text the front desk for anything was really convenient, and it felt like they cared about their guests. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful bathroom, a glass walk-in shower, a bright mirror light, and a great jacuzzi. It also had a flat screen TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube, which is more choice than I’ve seen at other hotels. We paid $630 for four days and three nights, which felt like a great deal. There were lots of restaurant options, and the hotel connected to the casino where my fiancé and I went every night. I’m writing this from their hotel robot now, and honestly, people who gave this place bad reviews must just like to complain. This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at, a 10000/10 stay. Bring your own blanket if you like a thicker one, but otherwise I highly recommend booking here. You won’t regret it.

The room’s view of Niagara Falls was breathtaking, especially first thing in the morning. We stayed at Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel for my son’s birthday, and the place was spotless and well maintained. Staff even offered to decorate our room if we brought the supplies. I wanted to do it myself, so we didn’t take them up on it, but it was thoughtful of them to offer. The TV wasn’t working during our stay, though it didn’t matter much since restaurants, attractions, and the falls were all within walking distance. The hotel also connects to the casino, so getting over for food, shows, or entertainment was easy. Parking was across the street. Cleanliness, convenience, and that view made this a great choice. I’d recommend it for a special occasion or a visit to Niagara Falls.
