We especially loved how the spa and amenities made the stay feel like a proper relaxing escape. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were warm and attentive. Right in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, 124 on Queen Hotel & Spa is an easy walk from Queen Street shops, restaurants, and everything else nearby. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back.

The hydrotherapy circuit was a highlight, especially the snow room, which was quite an experience. Everything was clean, with plenty of towels, cozy robes, and a relaxing room. The bar is a lovely space, and having Treadwell next door is a big bonus. The rooms have beautiful design and thoughtful touches, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Debbie was kind enough to show us our room, and the whole team was super friendly. Perfectly located in NOTL. Highly recommend.

The meals at Treadwell were delicious, and the staff there were just as amazing. We also enjoyed wandering around the quaint town and had a massage at the spa. Our children surprised us with this weekend away from May 16th -18,2026 for our 38th wedding anniversary and our 60th birthdays. We were pleasantly upgraded to a beautiful suite that felt more like a small apartment. Everyone at 124 on Queen was incredibly friendly and personable. I hope we can visit again. Thank you for such a wonderful weekend.

Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a really comfortable bed. The bathroom's huge shower was lovely too. We checked in quickly and easily, and the hotel was so quiet we didn't see another guest during our stay. We visited just before Christmas and tried the hydrotherapy circuit, which was relaxing and pleasant. The spa was fairly busy in our 3-5pm time slot. Hope to come back soon!

I'm a repeat visitor, and I've been to the spa over 5 times because I love the concept and it's still my go-to. This visit fell short: the hydrotherapy circuit sauna wasn't working, which heavily influenced my decision to book a $200 massage to get access to the circuit. I appreciated the 25% discount, but the experience still felt compromised. The steam room also wasn't up to its full potential. To get the full effect, all the services need to be working at full quality. Billing has also been an issue on almost every visit. Getting contacted later in the evening about missed charges is stressful and feels unprofessional, especially after a $500 visit. Maybe the computer system is hard to navigate. I'm saying this because I genuinely want to keep coming, but consistency and communication matter at this price, especially when you're trying to make a special Lady feel good on her Birthday!
