The house was immaculate, and the bright, cheerful king room had plenty of space for two, plus thoughtful touches like a small fridge. We took a last-minute long weekend in February and couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming place or a more delicious breakfast. Each morning brought something different, and it was equally good every time: fresh pastries and breads, fruit, yogurt, cereals, and a hot breakfast. The coffee was lovely as well. It’s very close to town and walkable in nice weather.

We hope to stay with the Dickson's again this season. Their hospitality and food made our family birthday celebration in Niagara-on-the-Lake incredibly enjoyable. The beautiful rooms had every detail considered, and the breakfast would put most restaurants to shame. Above all, our hosts treated us like family, the nice kind you’re actually glad to see. They also shared helpful tips on local attractions, based on their own relationships rather than secondary hearsay. Highly recommended.

The thoughtful breakfast was a lovely start to each day, and the hosts made us feel so welcome. We spent three days here and the quiet, cozy atmosphere really did feel like home. Our room was clean and comfortable, too. Their friendly dog stays in the hosts’ private area, but can meet guests who’d like to. That’s a nice arrangement for people who enjoy animals while respecting those who prefer not to interact. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

A very comfortable place near Queen Street, with fantastic breakfasts. It was just right for our stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake. I’d highly recommend it.
