For my trip from the USA to the Shaw Festival, this was a great place to stay in summer. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the pantry was well stocked and inexpensive, and the front desk staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. I couldn't believe I could get an excellent cup of coffee for less than TWO dollars!!! The location and price are hard to beat, as long as you know it's mainly student accommodation that also operates as a hotel in summer. I'll try to stay here whenever I visit in the summer.

Clean and safe, but these are dorm rooms being sold as hotel rooms. There's no real amenity, and the television is 24 inches. The room is very basic, with a fridge and microwave but no cutlery, dishes, or pots.

We were happy with our stay. It's a college residence, so we weren't expecting luxury, and the location made it easy to get around the Niagara region. We'd stay again. The staff were top notch: friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the college's summer programs. They also quickly fixed a toilet that earlier guests hadn't reported. The kitchen area was tiny and the industrial lighting felt off-putting, so we fell back on our student ways and ate together in one bedroom. The supplied linens were adequate, and we could get more when we needed them.

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and quiet the property was. Isabella was very helpful at check-in. We hadn't realized it was a student residence before arriving. Outlet shopping and dining were a five-minute drive away, and historic Niagara on the Lake was 15 minutes away. We'd definitely stay again if we're in the area.

We shared the cost, so it was a reasonable night's stay, and the place was clean enough. The two double beds in each room made for a much nicer setup for my roommate and me, and we had a nice time. I couldn't find the kitchen light switch at first, then finally spotted it behind the fridge, lol. It's not somewhere to choose if you're after a 4-5 star stay, but I'd come back. It's off the highway and close to White Oaks, the outlet mall, and the event we went to that night. Cheers.
