Williams Gate B&B Private Suites

Anca was super friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts on both mornings were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay at Williams Gate Bed and Breakfast. Our spacious upstairs suite felt homey and was very well equipped. The walk to Queen Street’s lovely shops and restaurants is about 10 minutes, but in the heat and humidity it felt long. The location is otherwise very good, and staying in Historic Old Town is definitely recommended. Williams Gate is a wonderful, affordable place to stay. A couple of practical things: the stairs to the upstairs suite may be challenging if you have trouble with stairs, as I do. Parking is free onsite, though it might be tight depending on your vehicle size.

Anca made us feel right at home with amazing breakfasts and wonderful suggestions. The first-floor rooms were cozy and spotless, the beds very comfortable, and the home was perfectly furnished and equipped. I had a wonderful stay at William’s Gate B&B. It’s close to town, in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by beautiful flower gardens. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy, clean place to stay.

Our hostess, Anca, was charming and served the most amazing, yummy breakfasts. Williams Gate is an affordable, roomy place in downtown Niagara on the Lake, with free parking and an easy walk into town. We had the whole second floor: a huge bedroom with two beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with both shower and tub, and a comfy living room. We also enjoyed the lovely gazebo in the backyard, a perfect spot to enjoy a bottle of wine from one of the many wineries.

The amazing breakfast was the last of many lovely touches at this delightful B&B. Anca greeted us when we arrived and stayed friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The place was very clean and cozy, and our private entrance opened onto the entire upstairs, which felt like a mini apartment with everything we needed and lots of natural light. The linens were nice, and warm bathrobes and slippers were provided. We highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed.
