The breakfast and restaurant food were amazing, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and kept the hotel very clean. Our rooms were perfect, though some exercise equipment needs repairs. The Wyndham app could use some fixing, but staff helped us understand how the points work and how to pay for the room. The warm, welcoming atmosphere even makes me wish I could work there. During Christmas and New Years they provided free dinner in the breakfast room.

The pool, which you can see from the gym, was great, and the continental breakfast, staff, and attached restaurant were all wonderful. Housekeeping was the problem. I chose a ground-floor room to be close to the pool and exercise room, but found animal feces on the floor. We were offered another room and moved, yet there was still excessive animal hair in that bathroom. They changed our room but gave no compensation for the room with feces.

We were staying here for the weekend and had an unacceptable experience in the breakfast room on both mornings. On the first day, while we were getting food, the attendant washed the garbage cans, then used the same disgusting rag to wipe the counter near the jam and the plates and serving utensils by the eggs, sausage, and potatoes. We nearly threw up watching her continue to clean other areas with it. We reported it to the front desk and emailed management, hoping for a resolution. The next morning, the same woman was there and was still being extremely unsanitary. She put a clean pan of ham on the garbage and continued opening it on top of the garbage. She was also using the same rags across all the surfaces again. How could anyone think this is acceptable?

My partner and I stay at this hotel regularly, and we want to recognize Charlie, who’s often at the front desk. She remembers our names, greets us with a warm smile and kind energy, and makes sure our needs are taken care of. It’s always a pleasure to see her when we walk in, and she makes each stay more pleasant.
