The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the hotel’s location is handy. Rooms are fairly spacious, though the bathroom could use renovation, and not having a safe was a noticeable downside. Breakfast is offered, but I didn’t get to try it. A satisfactory stay for a reasonable price.

We had a lovely one-night stay in February. I accidentally left something behind, and the staff arranged to mail it back home to me. I really appreciate their kindness and help. Thank you!

Sundar and Latha were very friendly, and the housekeeping and front desk staff treated us kindly during a time when we were displaced. The continental breakfast was excellent. A big thank you to everyone at best western Duncan. CVI.

Vijay at the front desk made my stay at Best Western especially pleasant. He was welcoming and professional as soon as I arrived, got check-in done smoothly, and was ready to help with questions or requests throughout my stay. His friendly manner and attention to detail made a real difference, and he clearly cares about guests feeling comfortable. Thanks, Vijay, for the great service. The rooms were clean, the service was good, and the location was excellent. Vijay took our last-minute reservation without hesitation, understood what we needed, and arranged the room we requested. He was kind and responsive, and it was good to meet someone so helpful and knowledgeable.
