Lakeside Inn

The park and lake are only steps away, and the views and landscaping are gorgeous. It’s a little place with personality and charm, and feels more special than a chain hotel. Service was friendly and efficient, the rooms and amenities were extremely clean, and the bed and bedding were comfortable and cleaner than at some five star hotels we’ve stayed in. 10/10, would recommend this little inn. Thanks, guys!

We had a nice weekend here with others, our first time staying. The owners are fantastic people. We liked the cabin, even though it wasn’t fancy. I only wish the bed had been more comfortable and was a king, since there’s plenty of room for one. We’ll be back. Cheers.

This cozy little place is right by the water, and check-in was easy. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant and courteous, and our room was very clean with everything laid out nicely. We were here for one night while doing a couple of archery shoots, since that was easier than making several drives. The room was chilly when we arrived, then actually got a bit too hot by nighttime. It has water radiator heating, which made the air feel dry. I forgot lip balm, so my lips were a little cracked in the morning. Even with that, it was a pleasant one-night stay.

Waking up to a lake view and being able to cross the street for a quiet park and a book made the location a favorite. The front desk was attentive and great, and I’ll be back soon. The rooms were very clean, with quality sheets, bedding, and towels. I especially liked the black towel monogrammed just for makeup removal. That little detail showed care.
