The standout was our three-bedroom suite. It was spotless, tidy, and worked really well for our three families, with lovely bathrooms and a spectacular room. We also got a member discount, and with the season, the price felt outstanding for what we got. The property itself is beautifully designed, and the location is grand: balcony views and scenic spots are just a short walk away, as are most things we needed. Location: 9/10, room: 10/10, service: 6/10, overall: 8/10. The weak point was dining. There was only one restaurant option, which felt limiting, and its prices were high. The food was good, but we preferred a short drive to the many nearby, more affordable places to eat. The other accommodations, such as the spa and business centre, are nice, though we felt more food choices mattered more.

The food at the patio restaurant was great, but the wine pricing felt odd. Bottles that cost $20 in the store are $40 once you step onto the patio, and the 3 oz and 5 oz pours are pricey too. I understand restaurant markups, but the wine is made on site and you're sitting on their lawn. It seems strange that they don't let guests enjoy a self-serve bottle on the patio, as many wineries do.

The winery buildings are lovely, and the native museum was a treat to visit. We also enjoyed the wine. The one letdown was the tasting service: our older male server came across as arrogant and inattentive, and did a poor job explaining the wines we tried. Still, the visit was enjoyable otherwise.

The winery on site is worth checking out, and there are plenty of clearly marked walking trails. The location is beautiful and the service was great. Bring bikes if you want a quick ride downhill toward Osoyoos. The sunsets can catch you by surprise, in a lovely way.

We went for Sunday brunch and found a good range of buffet choices. The view over osoyoos is amazing, and it's a kid-friendly spot. Our waitress, Wendi, made us feel welcome enough that we'd like to return.
