I liked the room's comfortable feel and overall atmosphere. The fan and light directly above the bed weren't comfortable for me, and there wasn't enough lighting, especially in the evening. Better placement of the lighting would make the room more enjoyable.

We could walk to restaurants from here, which was handy, and the staff were really nice. The hotel was spotless and decorated so well. Breakfast had a huge spread, eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, fruit, cereal, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal and more. There was plenty of room to sit even with the hotel full, and coffee and tea were available around the clock. Best hotel in the airport area!

Raj at the front desk sorted out our A/C problem quickly. She moved us to another room and had a technician deal with the electrical issue right away, then followed up to make sure action had been taken. We were really impressed with how she handled it. The room itself was clean, tidy, and spacious. We'd definitely return if we get the chance.

It hadn't been done by the time we came back each afternoon, so during our three-day stay we just asked for extra towels. Breakfast was the usual fare for this kind of hotel, with no healthy choices and terrible coffee. One elevator was out of service the whole time, and once both were malfunctioning. I saw guests carrying their suitcases up the stairs. The check-in agent was polite, if a little standoffish, while the people we met in the hallways were much friendlier. For the price, it was okay. I'd call it 3.5/5, rounded up to 4.
