They offered free luggage storage so I could manage my later flight, which was really helpful. Check-in was easy, and phone and email service was quick. My suite was large and modern, clean, and had the amenities I needed, plus a great city view. SoHo Lisgar is in an excellent central spot. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, thought it was great value, and can’t think of anything negative.

You get a modern, clean, comfortable apartment for less than most hotels charge. The value is hard to beat. If you don't need full hotel service, staying here is an easy choice.

The service was really nice, and it's close to the center, so yes, I'd recommend the place. I finally got to try pancakes with real syrup :) Also, please let Mrs. Gauthier know the phone has been returned to its owner :D xoxo

I drove all the way from Toronto to Ottawa for a four-day stay, only to be told there was no reservation when I arrived. They had already taken my money, and I had an itinerary number. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this "hotel". Save yourself the trouble and book a traditional hotel.

Our room looked out over a beautiful view of the city, and we really enjoyed the stay. It was easy to find, communication was great, and they gave us a late checkout at no charge. The pool and spa were closed to visitors, though. I had to call to find that out, and I think they should mention it beforehand and have the price reflect it. There was also only one shower robe in the room, despite having two pairs of slippers.
