Housekeeping were great and did the best they could with what they had to work with. The rest of the experience was awful. I found the front desk staff rude, and they acted like I was bothering them. Manager Sherwin was difficult and unwilling to help with anything. This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The jacuzzi room felt cozy, and restaurants were close by.

On my second visit, there were only three cars in the lot, mine included, yet they put another guest right above my room. They’d arrived drunk and partying at 3 a.m., and I had to leave at 6:30. With so few guests, that room assignment made no sense. There’s also a train running right behind the hotel, which isn’t great. After that visit, I’d avoid the place because they don’t seem to think things through. The first time around, it seemed like a decent budget option. It was clean, with Smitty's built in, and they offered a $10-off breakfast voucher that I hadn’t known about, which was a nice surprise. It wasn’t fancy, and my room had a small flat screen, maybe 29 inches, but if that sort of thing doesn’t matter to you, it could be a good choice.

I stayed there with my crew for almost two weeks, and we ate at the pub a fair bit. Gradually, all of us came down with really bad flu symptoms. When we checked out, they told us the whole staff had been sick for a month. Needless to say, we won't stay there again.
