Waterfront Inn

The staff were very nice and approved my last-minute request to change the booking date after my flight was canceled. The price is always affordable, and the location is great. Highly recommended!

The bed was comfortable, and the woman at the till was nice and matched my coworker’s booking rate. After that, though, things went downhill. The room felt dated, and the fridge was dirty and messy, with a previous guest’s ice cream still in the freezer. Parking was awful, especially if you have anything bigger than a quarter-ton truck. The lobby is shared by a group of older hotels, too. For a cheaper, more comfortable stay, I’d pick the Travels Motel down the street. It’s just as far to walk and much nicer.

The staff really made our stay. They were welcoming and always ready with advice or help, and they even welcomed our dogs. We stayed from January 21 to May 1 after our home was burned down by an arsonist, and the accommodation was good. Everything worked, and we felt comfortable and cozy the whole time. When we left, we made sure the room was spotless because they’d been so accommodating to us. A big thank you to everyone caring for all three motels. You guys rock!

The rooms are spacious, and the price is reasonable. What really stands out, though, is Waterfront Inn’s spot right by the water and the beautiful views. Some parts of the hotel feel outdated, and housekeeping could be more thorough. The service is friendly, but can be slow at times. It’s an okay stay if location and scenery are what you’re after.
