The restaurant was a real plus since there aren't many other places to eat nearby. We also liked having a kitchen cabin where guests can make their own food. The rooms were pretty basic and could use some work, but the island setting and the things to do made up for that. We spent a couple of hours paddling around the lake in their kayaks, then sat by the water at the lovely shared bonfire spot in the evening. There's a beautiful beach with chairs, and the place is spread across the whole small island.

The rooms were simple, but clean and perfectly fine for what we needed. Breakfast was really good, probably the best we had on the Veloroute des Bleuets tour.

We only stayed one night, which was a shame because I loved the river view and how quiet the cabin in the woods was. It was very clean and well appointed, and I couldn't hear the live entertainment at all. The restaurant felt high end, with great service and delicious food. They even had the best vegan meal of our tour. There was live entertainment too. Such a hidden gem.
