Redford Motel

The room was spotless and had a small kitchenette with a sink, a little fridge, and a two-burner stove.

The room was clean and comfortable for the price, with cozy beds, decent shower pressure, and a small kitchenette. We arrived after check-in had ended, but a staff member kindly came to let us in. We hadn't realized guests needed to arrive before 10pm, since booking.com doesn't mention it, so keep that in mind.

We won't be back after our three-day stay in November 2023. The sheets were stained, we ran out of toilet paper, and housekeeping didn't bring fresh towels or seem to clean the room each day. Around 10:30am, my husband found the front desk locked and unattended when he went to get towels so the kids could bathe before we left. We were also expected to wash any dishes we used or risk being charged. When I called, the owner was rude, complained about the dishes, and told me, “Do you know how to read? You should have read the rules on the door.” Horrible hospitality.

We found bed bugs and confronted the manager, who denied it. We're putting all our belongings in garbage bags and taking them to the laundry place. Some of my beading supplies were also taken, and they won't return my things. I can't recommend this place and won't come back.
