We had a fun girls’ trip here a few weeks ago. The owner was really nice and the rooms were clean. A wicked storm came through, so we couldn’t have a fire, but we still had a good time.

Gary was so accommodating and did whatever he could to help us enjoy our stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was extra clean with very comfortable beds. We loved having a fire in the evening. We’ll be back!

There are very few accessible places to stay in Muskoka, and the ones available charge a lot and require a two-night booking. Gary went out of his way to make the best room possible for me, including installing safety grab bars beside the toilet. He also showed us all the rooms so I could decide what might work for my situation. We had a fantastic stay, which hasn’t always been our experience at hotels. Our room was quite large, with a small fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. We’ll definitely stay at the Crestwood Inn again next time we’re in the area.

The owner was nice, and check-in was easy. The room was decent and the sheets were clean, but traffic from the highway made our room loud. Maybe ask for a room farther from the road. The windows might need updating to block some of that noise. The owner also made space for our boat while it was being towed.

Gary, the owner, gave us some of the best service we’ve ever had. He went completely above and beyond, and we’ll definitely return on our next trip to Port Carling. Our room was clean and comfortable, and having our own fire made the stay really nice.
