The bathroom was covered in mold and mildew stains, and we found bugs on the floor, in the sink, and in the cupboards. There was dirt on our sheets under the pillows and duvet sets. We were placed here by my company while I was working as a travel nurse, and my partner and I stayed four days in July. The lack of windows made the room feel cramped, and the place felt sketchy to us. Someone even stole my boyfriend’s shoe. We were really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it to other travel nurses. Maybe it works for a very short stay if cleanliness doesn’t matter and you just want the cheapest place possible.

We came across this place on Google Maps, and I’m glad we did. It looked a little rough from outside in the dark, but the room changed our first impression. It was exceptionally clean, simple and practical. The price was reasonable, and it was quiet, though I suppose that depends on who else is staying there. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

The bathroom was nice and clean, and the room came with plates and cutlery. For what we paid, the kitchenette room felt like a bargain, especially since I’ve stayed in rooms a quarter of this size for much more. There were a few downsides: it looked dated and tacky, the Wi-Fi was a bit buggy, and there was a strange smell when I first walked in, plus an odor from one of the A/C units. Opening the windows and turning off the A/C took care of that. If it had cost more, those things would’ve changed my opinion, but at such short notice and for that price, I couldn’t ask for more.

The beds were comfortable and the room had air conditioning. That’s about all the good I can say. The owner was rude. We arrived around 9:30PM, and he suggested a restaurant without mentioning it was already close to closing time. It was shut by the time we got there. At checkout he wasn’t at the desk, though a sign said he was still on the property and gave a phone number. Both calls went to voicemail, so we waited another 10 minutes and still couldn’t find him.
