My wife and I enjoy coming here for date night when we’re in PG. The central spot makes it easy to walk downtown for dinner and a couple of drinks at one of the many restaurants. Rooms are clean, the staff are polite, and the Northern BC resident discount makes the Jr Suites w/balconies pretty affordable.

Joseph and the staff made our visit wonderful, going above and beyond and responding to requests quickly. They have a pool, hot tub, and sauna, including separate saunas in the men’s and women’s bathrooms. Everything you need is within walking distance, and there are great restaurants in the building. Amazing experience, I’ll be back. Thanks to everyone at the Coast.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. The staff, including the in-house restaurant team, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well appointed, with a big-screen TV and an automated bidet in the washroom. I was here in 2019 and it was just as good then. They also had dog-friendly rooms, which was fantastic.

Everyone was super friendly and the hotel was really clean. They surprised me with a free room upgrade, and I loved the bidet’s heated seat. No complaints, my stay was amazing!

The Coast Inn was the Grande Dame in its day, but now the building looks tired and worn. Even so, my room was very clean and well maintained, with some nice amenities, and every staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful with my questions. I booked a meal for myself and friends at the Shogun, and the food was amazing. The hard part is that, like many communities across our beautiful country, downtown Prince George gets hit daily by roaming addicts. My heart goes out to the accommodating staff. I’m grateful for their fortitude.
