Prestige Prince George Lodge

Breakfast was a real highlight at Prestige Prince George Lodge. There was plenty of fresh food each morning, lots of choices for adults and kids, and the dining area was clean and organized. Our spacious family room was clean and very comfortable, with enough room for everyone to relax after a long day. The staff made us feel welcome from the start, and the hotel had the amenities and family-friendly feel we needed. We had a great stay and will come back next time we’re in Prince George. Highly recommend!

The Traditional Suite, 2 Queen Beds was much more than its description suggested. It had two separate, spacious bedrooms, a living area, and a full kitchen. There’s a half bath in the master bedroom and a full bathroom off the living area. The kitchen had the basics and was better equipped than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. I brought a few of my own tools but hardly needed them. It also had a full-size fridge, stove, air fryer, microwave, and coffee maker. The suite was clean throughout, with large TVs in both bedrooms and the family room. Breakfast was better than at most hotels, with scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, hash browns, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and more. The indoor pool area was clean and had towels right there, so we didn’t need to bring our shower towels down. Front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were all friendly and accommodating. We had a great experience.

The rooms are large, well equipped, and close to town, and there’s a beautiful pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great, and the staff, including the breakfast server, were polite and caring. Loved the outdoor fireplace.

The room was nice and the staff were great, but the shower didn’t work. It wasn’t user error: it was extremely stuck, possibly from rust, and even when I partly turned it on, water came out of the handle instead of the faucet. Could be worth staying if you don’t need a shower or bath, though at this price you might want to check other options.
