Best Western Premier Hotel Aristocrate

We ended up really happy with the hotel. Our first Airbnb in Old Quebec City was dirty and smelled bad, so we switched plans. The room here was clean, and while it was a little noisy in the morning when construction began, nights were very quiet. It's not too far from the Old City. Breakfast at the restaurant costs extra, but it was just perfect, freshly cooked, and the service was very good. I'd book again.

I couldn't sleep with all the noise, and the dust in the room had me coughing. The wooden building has no sound isolation, so you can hear conversations in neighboring rooms and upstairs, footsteps above, and people and animals in the hallway. From the hall, you can hear guests in their rooms too. Even the sliding bathroom door in the next room bangs shut loudly. They leave earplugs in a cup in the suite bathroom, which feels like a cheap fix for cheap construction. A four-year-old wouldn't be fooled by it. I wouldn't stay here again, even for a month free. I don't want to damage my lungs from the heavy dust, and I need to be able to sleep.

For $10, I could charge my electric car at level 2, which was fantastic. The room was clean and the beds were good, and the hotel is well placed near the bridge. Great value for the cost. Tishar at the front desk was very nice and helpful when I arrived.

The pool was amazing, with lots of outdoor seating and a beautiful garden around it. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the staff were helpful. Vaughn at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, five stars for him. There was a lot of construction at the hotel and around the area, but it didn't really affect our stay. I'll definitely come back.
