Delta Hotels by Marriott Quebec

The third-floor renovations look really nice, and I like being able to reach so many places through the underground tunnel at level C. This is our second stay, and I felt valued as a customer and Bonvoy member. Adil the manager deserves a shoutout for making things extra nice and making sure issues were handled promptly. Thieck and Emanuell from maintenance worked so hard, and Thieck showed up at any time with a big smile. The front desk staff are generally good, especially Rahima. Tatiana, Geraldine and Mohamed from housekeeping were so sweet and excellent. I really would have appreciated the bonvoy club lounge, though. I hope Mariott brings it back to their Delta chains.

I haven’t stayed here yet, but I’m truly grateful to the staff for kindly understanding my situation and refunding me. I booked a flight to Quebec city and paid for the hotel, but the airline mixed up the flight and sent me to Montreal instead. I honestly expected great service because this is a Delta Marriott, where I stay regularly, but I still really appreciate their help. See you soon! Happy Christmas.

The staff were exceptional throughout my stay, welcoming, attentive and thoroughly professional. Their service was at a five-star level. Adil, the manager, was especially on point and professional, and gets a 5 star review from me personally. The rooms need a major refresh. In room 909, the white couch was so stained that I refused to sit on it. The elevators were in particularly concerning condition, and seemed potentially unsafe. As an Ambassador Elite member who spends many nights each year at Marriott properties, I was surprised to find elevators like these, something I haven’t encountered elsewhere in the brand. Until these problems are addressed, I’d hesitate to recommend the property.

The staff made our stay pleasant. They were friendly, professional, and ready to help whenever we needed it. The room was the letdown: it felt dated and didn’t live up to what I expected from the hotel’s reputation. A refresh would make a real difference. We came away with mixed feelings.
