In Cap Rouge, about 15 minutes from the center, with a simple, satisfying homemade breakfast and a reasonable price. The shared bathroom and thin insulation meant little privacy, though, and the landlady was quite unpleasant by the end. Booking.com has it rated too highly.

Patricia and Wasabi are both sweethearts. The homemade breakfast was amazing, and everything was impeccably clean. The best bed and breakfast in Quebec. I'll definitely return someday.
