The front desk attendant, Madame, was amazing. She moved us from a room across the road and helped make the stay great. She even arranged for our lost luggage to be delivered straight to the room. Highly recommend.

The staff helped me out when I locked my luggage with the wrong code, probably because I wasn’t wearing my glasses. At the front desk they had different tools and thankfully got the zipper open. I’ll stay here again. The hotel is fantastic and really close to the train station. Our Superior room was roomy, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I liked having an extra blanket in the closet and being able to open the window. The bathroom was beautiful, with good water pressure and no temperature problems.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel has a charming feel, and it’s within walking distance of both the train station and old Quebec. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is central and the stay was nice, but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again. We booked their best room, so I went in with high expectations, yet the layout didn’t feel cohesive. The furniture seemed randomly arranged, and there wasn’t a place for two people to sit and eat at a table.

We’ve returned to this hotel on our last four trips to Québec City. It’s in a great area for exploring on foot, with parking nearby and the port area is fun. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
