The apartment's location made it easy to explore Quebec City, but the rest of our Christmas 2025 stay at Les Lofts de L’Adresse fell well below expectations. The duvet was too small for the bed, leaving us cold and uncomfortable all night in the middle of a Quebec winter. Towels had visible stains, the sofa chair was filthy, and cleanliness overall was below standard. We paid for parking, but spaces were first come, first served. When none were available, we were directed to an underground lot across the street that closed at 11 p.m., so we had to cancel evening plans. They promised to reimburse us for the private lot but returned only $12 of its $15 fee. We reported everything right away, yet nothing was done and they refused any partial refund for the inconvenience. I don't recommend staying here.

Room 101 had plenty of room for the two of us, with storage for clothes and food. The location is excellent, between Cartier and Old Town, and the walk toward Old Town mostly goes through the Plains of Abraham. I'm glad the location was so good, because otherwise I'd have been frustrated. My rating would be 3.25/5. The room wasn't particularly clean. The beds seemed fine, but the place wasn't spotless, and when we arrived there was unflushed piss and used toilet paper in the toilet. I didn't take a picture, and I know some people might say I took it after using the toilet, but I'm not joking about what we found. The wet weather meant we needed more linen than was provided. There was only a regular floor mat for soaking up mess from shoes, so we could have used a towel or two. Of the four pillows, I thought only one was good, and I don't usually have high standards for pillows. We also struggled to set the heat at a comfortable level. It was either far too hot or quite cool, with little in between. Heat trapped under the bed left us waking up freezing or sweaty each day. With such a small room and nowhere else to put the bed, that seemed like a risk.

Communication was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's a great find right in the city, with a location that couldn't be better. We wished the beds and couch were a bit more comfortable, but we'd still come back.

We stayed four nights, and even four weeks after getting home the whole family still smiles when we think about it. We miss QC and this cozy, warm hotel, which was super clean, neat, and quiet, with everything we could hope for in a location. That winter trip was amazing and refreshing. It's rare for me to write a review a month after returning, but we'd certainly stay here again as soon as we can.

From here we could walk to Old Quebec, the Plains of Abraham, Cartier, and St. Jean Baptiste, all with plenty of places of interest. The room had a kitchen, dining area, living space that could convert to a second bed, a sleeping area, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washer, and dryer. There was also room to hang clothes. Everything was explained clearly in the email instructions, so the service was efficient, though you don't really see anyone around. We didn't need in-person help. I believe parking was available for a $10 fee, but we didn't use it. I highly recommend it!
