The owner cooked breakfast in our kitchen each morning while we chatted. The three-bedroom rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the restoration and decor were done with care. It's within walking distance of everything in Old Quebec. It was worth the money, and I'd recommend staying here.

We were a family of five, and this beautiful heritage house had just the right setup: several bedrooms, private bathrooms, and our own kitchen for a household with teens and pre-teens who need space, outdoor access, and plenty to eat. The house was clean and welcoming, and the hosts made us feel at home straight away. We loved the blend of original decor and modern comfort. The location is spectacular, a few steps from the Old Port and Petit-Champlain, with its historic buildings, shops, and restaurants. The Plains of Abraham and Grande-Allee are nearby too, up the stairs, and there are hiking trails along the river.

The river bike path is only steps away, reached through a lovely, comfortable linear park, and nearby stairs take you up to the Plains of Abraham in just a few minutes. The surroundings are historic and peaceful, and the people running the place are wonderful. A great place to spend a few quiet nights in Quebec City.
