I was traveling by myself, and the staff made the trip feel special. Sophie at the front desk was so helpful, and the wait staff were friendly, courteous, and great at their jobs. My last dinner was in the outdoor igloo, which was lovely, and Vanessa was an excellent waitress. I had a delightful three-night stay. Thank you!

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and breakfast was included. It’s easy to walk from here to everything, and the beds were really comfortable. This was an amazing stay. I’d highly recommend the hotel for a visit to old Quebec City.

Sophie at the front desk was a real standout. She recommended somewhere for Christmas Eve drinks and food, then helped us book it. The hotel is also well placed for walking to the touristy parts of QC. Our family of four, including our two adult children, had plenty of room and privacy in the suite. It had a kitchenette, comfortable seating areas, and a cute view into the inner courtyard. The bathroom was large, with a tub, shower, and roomy double sink and vanity. The bed linens felt luxe, and everything was very clean. Breakfast had a compact selection, but it was all good. WiFi was strong and reliable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location worked perfectly for us, and the employees were wonderful. We had a very nice standard room and enjoyed the high quality breakfast buffet. The one thing that bothered us was the toilet paper. Honestly, if I stayed again, I’d bring my own.

We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else while visiting Quebec, and we’ll definitely be back. The hotel is in a perfect spot, and the staff were so nice. Each morning, the woman looking after us at breakfast brought our toddler a chocolate after she finished eating. She also loved having a chocolate croissant for breakfast, and we especially liked the coffee machine. We booked a spacious junior suite for me, my husband, and our toddler. The bathroom was lovely, with a shower and separate bathtub, and breakfast was so good.
