Fabiano gave us a lovely, warm welcome even though we arrived late after travelling. The hostel was clean everywhere, including the bedrooms and bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied, with plenty of complimentary tea and coffee. Other guests were friendly and respectful too. We had an enjoyable stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

The kitchen and bathroom were nice, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms didn’t look like the pictures. The sink filled up whenever someone used the washing machine, which was really disgusting. The host wasn’t helpful at all, and the place is very far from everything. Stay away and pay a little more for somewhere else.

The bed was uncomfortable, and there are no private rooms. The walls are badly scraped, and everything has mold in it. The service was meh. This place feels like a house, sorry, a hotel.

The host was dismissive and no help at all, and they hadn't told us we'd be sharing the house with other people. The kitchen was in awful shape: mold in the containers, trash in the fridge, and dirty dishes left in the sink. Don't come here.

I should've read the reviews before booking. The hotel advertised a shuttle, but after I messaged them, I found out there wasn't one. I asked for a refund and never got a response, and the phone number only reaches voicemail. Really, really unprofessional. I'll be starting a credit card dispute.
