Hôtel Le Germain Québec

We all loved the lobby coffee machine and cozy fireplace. The hotel is within walking distance of everything, yet the area is quieter and more relaxed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There’s very little drawer storage in the rooms, so a dresser or bedside tables with drawers would have helped. Thanks for the stay. I’d recommend it to friends and family.

We were here the weekend of October 17-18, and the room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The staff were kind and incredibly helpful, clearly cared about our comfort, and delivered anything we needed to the room very quickly. The Harbor View is worth the extra cost, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Quebec was charming, and this is a must-stay. We spent one night at Chateau Frontenac and wished we’d stayed at Germaine instead. The experience here was much better.

We stayed at Hotel Le Germain over New Year’s Eve 2025, and the room was beautiful and the staff were amazing. The concierge team went above and beyond. After we got engaged, Alberto arranged gorgeous flowers for our room. Such a thoughtful touch, and one that made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

All the staff were polite, helpful, and easy to deal with. We liked the quiet spot, just a short walk from the main streets, and there was parking behind the hotel. The room was comfortable and peaceful, with robes and complimentary tea and coffee. Housekeeping brought fresh drinking water each evening. Breakfast was a good buffet, and we could order it to the room for the same price. There isn’t a restaurant on site, but plenty of great places to eat nearby. We loved staying here.
