Access was easy, and the place felt very safe. The loft uses a code, so seeing two women at reception when I arrived seemed a bit pointless. My room was adequate, with very high ceilings and a lovely warm temperature, which matters in Quebec City in winter. The bathroom was lovely too. I only stayed one night, so I can't really judge the location. The space felt somewhat sterile and less cozy than other places I've stayed.

The room was small but cozy, and online check-in was easy and smooth. I arrived after the check-in time because of transit, but called ahead and they accepted a late arrival after 11pm. It's easy to get to the hotel, with a bus stop nearby. There's also a separate secured room by reception for storing luggage.

The room was lovely and spotless, and the location works well for buses. It's also an easy walk from la gare du palais. They offer a good-value breakfast just across the street, and the luggage storage was really helpful. Thanks, I'd recommend it.

I'd never encountered a place with no front desk staff before. A gruff security guard was the only person there to greet guests, and check-in was all online. The room was a basic two-star setup with a couple of design touches. Oddly, the only outlet I could reach easily was in the bathroom. To use the TV outlet under the desk, I had to get down on my knees. That's where I plugged in the coffee maker, as shown in the photo. Would I stay again? Nope, unless the price was REALLY low.
