Emma Lorraine made our stay really comfortable. She let us check in early, gave us a great rate, and kept everything clean and accommodating. I’d love to see Wyndham or Ramada consider her for a higher position. Thanks again, happy customer.

The beds were old and sagging, and the sheets had brown marks and looked unwashed. On top of that, kids ran and screamed through the hallways all night. I tried asking them to stay in their room, then called the front desk. They said they’d already asked the parents to deal with it, but the noise continued. Other guests nearby had called too, wondering whether the hotel had any rules about this. I’ve managed hotels for more than 20 years and have never seen the front desk brush off noise complaints this way. Why pay over $130 and get no sleep? This is a business, not a playground. It was Sunday, Dec. 28, around 10 pm when this was happening. Worst experience I’ve had. Go to Comfort Inn, or sleep in your vehicle. At least it’d be quiet.

The pool and fitness area were both unavailable, even though I’d specifically asked about them when booking and was told they were open. My daughter was meant to spend 10 days at Ramada over the Christmas holidays, and I paid over 1300 for it. Her first room was dirty, with blood on the pullout couch and a leaking faucet. They switched her without a problem, but the second room still wasn’t clean, though it was much better, and at least there was no running water issue. We also had to get new keys every day because they kept deactivating whenever they came near anything. What should have been a great Christmas trip turned into a terrible experience and a huge waste of money.

Trenton finally has a nice sit-down restaurant, and Pipers Arms is right in the hotel. The staff were pleasant, the place was very clean, and the menu had lots of options. Portions were generous and prices reasonable. We’ll be back.

Being right by the highway was convenient, and parking was included. The room itself was a different story. It wasn’t clean, had mould in the bathroom, and several things were broken. I wasn’t expecting a high-end hotel or modern furniture, but I do expect a clean, maintained room. The online pictures make it look far better than it is. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
