You get a big enough room and an okay bed, so it may work if you’re trying to save money. That’s about the extent of it. The place smells terrible, the walls are paper thin, and don’t even consider having breakfast there.

It’s a quiet area and the owner is friendly. The location is good, though you have to drive a little way from the 401. Bring your own toilet paper, since the stuff in my room was so thin, almost half ply, that I needed more to get the job done. I’d also avoid the juice they serve because it’s very watered down.

I cancelled five days before the reservation date and tried to get a refund, but they still charged me 141$ for nothing. The manager’s service was the worst. I was patient and polite, but he was arrogant. He made me wait five minutes just to say, “Have a good day, bye,” and then nothing happened. I’m an 18-year-old girl working hard for my money like everyone else, and this is disgusting. So rude. Run from this place.

This Travelodge would get no stars from me if that were possible. The room had cobwebs, smelled like urine, and the see-through curtains gave no privacy. Breakfast was awful: egg patties and something they called “bacon patties,” which were actually undercooked grey sausage rounds, plus stale cereal and warm milk. There was no coffee or tea. The orange and apple juice came from a soda machine that wasn’t plugged in. Both juices were brown and fermented. I strongly recommend staying away.
