Food can be hard to find since everything in Rainy River seems to open at the owners’ discretion until 3 pm. The place itself was clean and friendly, with good prices, and an easy walk to everything in town. Our room had a Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, Roku TV, and Wi-Fi.

The barbecue and seating area were clean and handy, especially with so few restaurants around. They also had good pastries in the morning. The staff were lovely, and the rooms were great. I travel for work a lot and usually get cranky about hard hotel beds, but these pillow-top mattresses were delightful. I felt like Goldilocks. 10/10, would recommend.

The room was decent, though the roof leaked and the internet was crappy. Rainy River is a pretty small place with not much to do. Stay a night and move on ;)

Sherry was so friendly and helpful, and I loved talking with her. The room had a great selection of complimentary snacks to help make the stay comfortable. I was there for work and only stayed one night, but I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area. It was comfortable and clean. Thank you!

The rooms were recently renovated, clean, and spacious. Everyone was friendly and careful. There was a dog up front when we came in, but they quickly took it away after hearing I’m allergic. Apparently that information hadn’t appeared with our reservation. They also gave us lots of helpful information about where to eat and where to look for historic information.
