The kitchen had everything needed to make a meal, and the room looked like it had been renovated recently. The place was clean and quiet, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We also used the two hot tubs and the sauna barrel, all in good condition, and the staff lit the fire pit for us. A really nice spot for couples.

Being tucked into the woods made it easy to relax and enjoy nature, while town was still close enough to reach easily. We slept really well in the comfortable beds, and the sauna and hot tubs were just what we wanted after a day of hiking and exploring. Fantastic place to stay.

The outdoor spa was the main attraction for me: a big backyard with two hot tubs, a cold lake for plunging, a sauna, and a walking path. With the fall leaves changing color, it looked especially lovely. The electric sauna heater was my one complaint. It made quite a racket while warming up and was distracting, though it seemed to quiet down once it had finished heating. I booked one of the cheaper rooms instead of a private cabin. It was a basic, dorm-style space with a comfortable bed, a shared kitchen nearby, and an open dining area with a nice log-cabin look.

We had a lovely weekend here. Such a beautiful place, and it was clean, peaceful, and relaxing. Great cross-country trails are very close by.

We arrived as a group of five on a Monday and Tuesday in late September, and almost had the place to ourselves. The rooms were simple but comfortable, the beds were good, and the price was very reasonable. Alexandra was lovely to deal with and helped us throughout our stay. We picked up frozen pizzas at the local Fromagerie so we could cook them in the kitchen and spend the afternoon and evening enjoying the facilities. We made a fire in the firepit, repeated the sauna, spa, and cold pond plunge circuit several times, then played games in the common area. One of the best nights of our spa-focused vacation. La Source Bains Nordique was the best nordic spa we visited on our Quebec tour. Make time to go and stay as long as you can. I can't wait to return to Estonia!
