Set in a 19th-century Victorian house, Le Manoir aux secrets has Gothic details so well done that even Edgar Allan Poe couldn’t have done better. The host was thoughtful and pleasant to talk with, and made us a wonderful breakfast. There are escape rooms, puzzles, and role-playing games to try, but we were tired and chose to enjoy the house’s comfort and enchanted atmosphere instead. We also played with the beautiful house cat. It’s a stay we’ll always remember fondly.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the whole place felt mysterious and intriguing. It’s a gorgeous setting, thoughtfully laid out. I had a perfect experience and will come back.

The mystery puzzle game was a highlight: clever, immersive, and a lot of fun. Dinner was delicious, especially the burgers, and the resident cats made the place feel even warmer. Moo-Moo completely won us over, such a sweet, friendly boy. Our room was elegant and made us feel like royalty. The spooky BnB decor at Le Manoir Aux Secret is both hauntingly beautiful and carefully put together, with mystery and charm throughout. The owner played piano for us, adding a lovely soundtrack to the stay, and was fascinating to talk to. His partner Noemi made us feel truly welcome. Pure magic. We’re already dreaming about another visit, and would give it 10/10.

I love the atmosphere and the whole concept here. The hosts are attentive and very welcoming, and the cats are adorable ❤️ Definitely recommend it for a fun weekend with friends or your partner.
