The room at the iHotel was clean and stylish, and I liked the laminate floors instead of carpet. Breakfast was delicious, with healthy options, and when we extended our stay, the other front desk gals were very accommodating. Cassy greeted me with a smile at the front desk and was a true professional. The iHotel is lucky to have her. I highly recommend this place.

Best hot tub in the city, hands down! Though if you want one at home, come see me at Hot Tub Wholesale :) Nicole at the lounge was so kind and friendly to my little guy, and I loved her smile and hospitality while she was working overtime. Thanks to her! The receptionist who checked me in, Jordy, was a sweetheart too. Our stay felt a little extra special this time, and we’re looking forward to visiting again! ☺️

Ms. Jean Bautista, the Manager of I Hotel, was supportive and accommodating throughout the planning of our Red Deer Zumba group’s year-end party. The venue was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the team promptly provided all the help we requested. That made the event stress-free and really enjoyable. I Hotel will be our first choice if we plan another party. I highly recommend it for its clean, roomy venue and affordable rates.

This was our third year booking our annual conference here, and the service is still great. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and everything in the banquet and conference setup was handled as arranged. The new manager, Jean, was patient and made sure our room block was hassle-free. We went back and forth a lot with the rooming list, and she stayed on top of it and responded quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back next year.
