Park Hill Inn & Suites

The room was clean and quiet, and the staff provided everything I needed during the three weeks I stayed while waiting for my apartment to be ready. I was stone deaf then because of a medical condition, and everyone was patient with me. They made me feel at home, and were wonderful with my very large service dog, Jake. I'm grateful for the extra effort from all of them. Breakfast was nice too. I enjoyed every moment and highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much 😊 Please give them all raises ❤️

The breakfast is awesome, probably the best I've had at a budget hotel, and the staff are great. For the price, I don't think you can beat what you get. The rooms are basic and acceptable, but they're kept nice and clean. That's why I give it five stars for value.

Everything else was a great experience, and the room was great, but there was a lot of noise around it. When we were checking out, we asked if there was a public washroom since we had a long drive ahead. The woman at the desk was rude when she handed over the key, then snatched it out of my husband's hand when we returned it.

The staff were awesome, friendly, and helpful, and breakfast was decent, though repetitive if you stay longer than a night. The room is clean and serves its purpose, barely. It badly needs better mattresses and pillows. I tried both mattresses, but they were old, super soft, and had no support. The pillows felt like air inside a pillowcase, with no substance or support.
