Quality Inn & Conference Centre

After a 19 hour drive through bad weather, we needed a clean, safe room because the hotel we'd booked for our short Red Deer stay had turned into a nightmare. Sukh at the front desk was a true gentleman. I was exhausted and frazzled, and he patiently helped me get a room at a great price. He even offered to show me a couple of rooms before I paid. Sukh, thank you for your kindness and patience. We really appreciated the effort.

We stayed three nights at the Quality Inn this week, using its north end location as a base to travel to different golf courses each day. It suited us well, and though the pool wasn't open, that wasn't a big deal. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The service stood out most: everyone we met at the front desk and in the Local Crofflehouse restaurant was friendly and very service oriented. We ordered a few breakfast items, and we're including photos. The TV guide and channel selection weren't intuitive to us. We'd never seen that system before, and had to go back to channel 16 for the guide or scroll through the channels. We didn't notice any instructions, and if there was a better way, it wasn't clear. We'll definitely stay again with family and friends, and based on our experience, recommend the hotel and restaurant to others who want to support our Canadian economy.

The rooms were great, the location was good, and the staff were friendly. The attached restaurant was phenomenal. I was disappointed when my wife and children arrived the next day and I found out nobody had told me the pool was out of order, so the kids had nothing to do.

We had a wonderful stay here before, which is why our bus tour group chose to return. The hotel was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and all my tour guests enjoyed their stay. We'll definitely come back again.
