The rooms were good, and the staff were top tier. I forgot to book a room for tonight, and the woman at the desk earlier today really came through for us and was so nice. The woman who helped us check in was great too. It's a cheap place to stay, so don't expect a Best Western, but I'd come back. Thanks to the staff a million times! 🙏🏼

The staff are friendly, efficient, and amazing. They deserve a better place to work. The heater has two settings, roast or freeze, and the top leaks. The stove doesn't work. There are only two outlets, and using the microwave while watching TV trips the power. The online pictures are misleading, too, with marks on the ceilings, seat stains, and scratches on the new vinyl floor. Without the staff, this would be a one-star show.

The front desk woman was so rude. I can't imagine her being pleasant to anyone. I'm glad it didn't work out, because I wouldn't want to spend my money with staff like that. Gross.

For long stays, the value is great, and the service is even better. The water pressure is excellent, and the new laminate flooring looks nice, though it needs sweeping every day and only gets swept once a week. Over a 10 week stay, the peeling bathtub paint got annoying. The fridge is tucked under the counter, which is awkward to reach, but it's better than having no fridge.

The location works well for us, but the room was only okay. Breakfast was disappointing: cereal, yoghurt, toast, and bananas that looked awful.
