Being so close to the lifts made getting on the hill effortless. We were making first tracks within minutes of waking up, with no shuttle or parking hassle. The lodging was comfortable, well-appointed, and had a cozy mountain feel. You can tell care went into making guests feel at home. Red Mountain itself has challenging terrain, untracked powder stashes, and a laid-back feel that isn't commercialized. The runs kept our group, from intermediate to expert skiers, happy for days. It's one of the best ski experiences in North America, and this stay confirmed that. The property managers were responsive and professional whenever we had a question or request. For world-class skiing without overcrowded resort conditions, Red Mountain is the answer. We'll absolutely be back.

Staying at Red Mountain in Rossland makes a trip easy. You're right at the base, so the lifts are close and it's just as simple to come back for a break. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable, with a private hot tub that's perfect for unwinding after a big day on the hill. The mountain has a huge range of terrain, from well-spaced trees and big alpine lines to steep skiing, serious vertical, and fun, fast groomers. You can explore all day without repeating runs unless you want to. I'll definitely be back.

The location and price were great, and I'd still highly recommend the condo. We stayed six nights and had no trouble getting more coffee and towels when we ran out. The place was roomy and comfortable, and the kitchen had the essentials, though it wasn't fully stocked. The store in Rossland wasn't too far away for extra supplies. The hot tub breaker tripped whenever we turned on the jets. It was in the main bedroom and easy to switch back on. TV was basic cable only, with no Netflix or other streaming services.

First time at Red Mountain, and now I see what I've been missing. The skiing and accommodations were fantastic, and there's plenty for families and everyone else to enjoy. The local food scene is top notch too. Can't wait to come back.

The locals were a highlight for us. Sean and The Dave’s are laid-back, kind, and full of character, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and seemed to care about making our stay fun. Every interaction felt personal. It all made the place feel more like a home than a destination. We stayed at Red Mountain Resort Lodging in the Crescent Studio, just steps from the Red and Silverlode Chairlifts. The location made first tracks and easy ski days a dream, and you really can't get closer to the action. Red Mountain is a skier's mountain, with vast terrain, incredible snow, no crowds, and a raw, authentic feel that's getting harder to find. It reminded me why I fell in love with skiing. Fantastic lodging, a great mountain, wonderful people, and an unbeatable atmosphere. We loved every minute and can't wait to return. Red Mountain, you're truly something special. ❤️🏔️⛷️
