The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Still, it isn't the quality hotel it used to be. The halls have old carpets, and the furniture in both the rooms and breakfast seating area wobbles. The continental breakfast is included, but the bread is low quality, with no muffins, croissants, or other quick snacks available from a vending machine after breakfast. Shower grout is deteriorating, discolored, and starting to show mold and mildew. There are few TV channels, and the connection has problems.

The staff were courteous and friendly, and a big thank you to Steven and Natalia. The rooms were clean, and the location was convenient, close to restaurants and coffee shops.

There are restaurants nearby, the room was a good size, and I enjoyed my stay. It's a clean, simple hotel with a good location. Finding decent hotels in more remote places can be tough, and in my opinion this one was better than average for the area. One thing to know: hotel guests can park for free in the back, but you need to check in and get a key to access it. Thanks for a nice stay!

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were courteous. There's a great pizza restaurant nearby too. The hotel looks nice and is well located, and breakfast was a very nice continental spread in a clean, well-managed dining area.

Parking can be a little tricky since there are several lots. It's an okay hotel right downtown in Rouyn, and one of the better options in the area. The bathroom and bed sheets had an odor, though it was probably just an oversight.
