Motel 6 Saanichton, BC - Victoria Airport

We slept with the fan/AC on, so the highway noise didn’t bother us, though it could be an issue for some. The updated room was clean, with a comfortable king bed and a good shower, and we had no hot water problems. The employees were very friendly. Great value, and convenient for both the airport and getting to Victoria. I’d definitely stay again.

They let me check in early at no charge because my flight landed ahead of schedule, which I really appreciated. The room was tidy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Check-in went smoothly, too. Good value for the price, and I’d stay here again.

This was my second stay, and I’ve been pleased both times. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the room is clean, and the hospitality is great. I also love being able to sign in to my own Prime and Netflix accounts. The ratings should be higher, at least 4☆.

KARLA really made our stay special. When we arrived for our stay on Thursday, December 11 and Friday December 12, 2025, there apparently wasn’t a lower-floor kitchenette suite available, although I’d requested and thought I’d reserved one because of my mobility issues. KARLA immediately and diligently looked for another suite and found one. Her cheerful manner, genuine smile, and professionalism deserve recognition. She’s a credit to the business and sets a great example for customer service. We stayed in kitchenette suite 113. It was clean, warm, nicely lit, accessible, and very nice. A few changes could make it better: add a small couch or sofa and a vanity for belongings; make the wall-mounted table movable, since having the heating radiator underneath isn’t ideal; and simplify the stove instructions, which are hard to understand.
